Mega Restaurant Supply makes every effort to process orders accurately, timely, and cost effectively. Most orders are processed to ship the same day if ordered by 12pm CST. However, factors such as availability, high volume, holidays, and weather may increase the processing time for your order. Shipping times quoted on the website are only an estimate and are subject to availability.

Shipping Destinations

Mega Restaurant Supply ships to any address in the continental 48 states in the United States. Street addresses are required because shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. You may only indicate one shipping address. If you require merchandise to be shipped to multiple addresses, please make separate orders.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Most orders are shipped via UPS®. Over-sized, over-weight and special handling items that cannot be shipped by UPS® will be delivered by a common carrier (freight truck). A business operating out of an address zoned residential is considered a residential address. Additional services such as lift-gate will incur additional charges.

Freight Truck Shipping

Common carrier deliveries are delivered to the curbside, meaning to the end of the driveway or at the street curb. Deliveries will be made to the dock for commercial addresses with a loading dock. Common carrier deliveries require a signature at the time of delivery.

The trucking company will call your prior to delivery if delivering to a residential address. It is important that you keep this delivery appointment. If the trucking company is unable to deliver due to a missed appointment or inadequate manpower or equipment to unload the delivery, you may be charged a redelivery fee. Trucking companies normally do not call before making deliveries to commercial addresses.


If you need to cancel an order please contact us at 972 242 0070. You will need to pay shipping costs for orders that have been shipped before cancellation, orders that are refused at time of delivery, orders that are returned for incorrect shipping information, and orders which could not be delivered by common carrier due to inadequate personnel or equipment necessary to unload. Once Mega Restaurant Supply has arranged for delivery of your product/s, an email with your tracking number/s will be sent to you.

Drop Shipments

Some large, special order, or out of stock items will be drop shipped from the manufacturer. If this is necessary, your drop shipped items will arrive separately from other items in your order. We will give you an approximate delivery time for all items.

Delivery Time

Due to our extensive inventory, we are able to ship most orders the same day if placed by 12pm CST. Special Order items will be delivered at the earliest possible date. Upon receiving an order, Mega Restaurant Supply will contact you with an approximate delivery time for your order. Special orders, drop shipped items, and out of stock items may have different and often longer delivery times.

If you need faster delivery of your merchandise by a certain date, please indicate in the message box when selecting a shipping method. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and let you know in your confirmation if your request will be met.

Return Policy

All returned must in its original packaging , unused and within 14 days of placing your order.

20% restocking fee

The following items may NOT be returned under any circumstances:

– Special order
– Closeout
– Used
– Custom manufactured or made to order
– Aerosol canso Items not in original condition or RMA will not be processed
– Items with obvious signs of use

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the round trip cost of shipping of the original item and the cost of shipping for the returned or exchanged item, unless we shipped the missing parts.

Return Round trip shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer if incorrect shipping information is given or if the customer provides inadequate manpower or equipment for orders shipped by common carrier.


A refund will be issued to your credit card upon inspection of the returned merchandise less any applicable fees. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process your refund.
